General & Family Physician 's  Response
Fungal infection does not pain. It mostly causes itching. You might be suffering from bacterial infection of hair follicles of underarm, which is very common. Symptoms are pain, swelling and redness. There will be no itching in bacterial infection. Neo Clobenate GM cream and anti – fungal tablet won’t help in bacterial infection. Whether the infection is bacterial or fungal, it needs to be confirmed by inspection.
If you have symptoms of pain, redness and swelling then you can take
1.     Capsule Amoxybid (amoxicillin) 500 mg every 8 hours per oral for 5 days
2.     Brufen 600 mg every 8 hours per oral after meal when pain occurs
If pain, redness and swelling are not present then consult of local physician for confirmation of diagnosis.
Thanks
