How Can Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

I have Fibromyalgia, I ve been seen by multiple Physicians for multifacet medical issues, Anemia, Chronic Major low levels of Vitamin D / Folate, Chronic Pain including Migraines. 2 yrs. past I was diagnosed with; Osteomalacia and Fibromyalgia. Since, I ve had a Medtronic IT Pump installed with regrets due to Neurological issues up and down my legs. Does Mayo Clinic truly believe Medical Marjuana helps with the pain of Fibromyalgia ?

Fibromyalgia is usually caused by long standing anxiety or depression. You must initially reused your stress level by taking a break. You may do light stretching exercises to loosen the skeletal muscles. Yoga is very good. a short course of skeletal muscle relaxants can help. Meditation is of immense value to reuse stress. Please contemplate as to what exactly is the cause of your anxiety, and take measures to rectify it. Once the muscle pain and spasms have resolved, please continue doing physical exercise, which in itself is a mood elevator, and will help you remain free of this problem.
