General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there . I have read through your question and I would like you to advice you to get a thyroid profile done. Essential tremors, hoarseness of voice point towards hyperthyroidism. If you are hyperthyroid you will be required to take carbimazole lifelong depending on your hormone levels. If it isn't a hormonal problem I would advise you to consult an oncologist for other causes. I hope that answers your question. If you have any other questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
