Hello dear Understand your concern Seizure needs to be analysed in detail by consulting the internal medicine specialist Doctor will give following advises: First requirement is first aid therapy during epilepsy Give proper position that prevent the regurgitation of fluid, apply mouth gag, tongue depressor, nasogastric tube, keep airway patent. Give midazolam and lorazepam rectally or orally to stop the attack. Keep the epilepsy diary. Avoid the triggering factors like noise, light, smells, aggression, food. Give diet that rich in fat and adequate in proteins Drugs: Depends on type of seizure. Phenytoin, carbamezapine and valproate most commonly used drugs First give one drug then if do not response give combination of two drugs.
