How Can Endometriosis And Infertility Be Treated?

Hi iv been trying to get pregnant for a year i have endometriosis&one tube on the left side but i only ovulate from the right i started taking birth control dec 28th had sex jan 6th starting spotting really light brown for 6days on the 15th last day it was a lil dark brown clot its been 3weeks since no period even tho it feels like its coming evey day stopped taking the bs when i started spotting...what could this be
