How Can Elevated Liver Enzymes Be Treated?

Hi I am 51 years old. I drink large quantity of alcohol regularly. Last one week I stop drinking and test my Liver function. The test are as bellow: ALT- 241 AST -160 ALP -448 GGT 1117 What should I do now please advice and I will quite alcohol forever

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have mentioned.
Since you are heavy alcoholic, your all reports are suggestive of alcoholic hepatitis.
So quit alcohol as soon as possible.
Avoid oily and fatty food.
Eat high protein diet like pulses, vegetables and fruits.
Start protein powder. Take more glucose orally.
Avoid hepatotoxic drugs (painkillers, muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory).
Start liver supportive drugs like Liv52, Liv safe etc.
Get done repeat LFT after 1 month and see for decreasing levels.
