I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

SGOT or SGPT may elevated in old age anemia or fatty liver disease with inflammation, infection to liver or alcoholism etc. So right now no need to take drugs please consult your doctor he will give few suggestions above life style changes. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks and alcohol.
Do exercise regularly, use green leafy vegetables and fruits for healthy liver. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
