How Can Cervical Spondylosis Be Treated?

Hi, am suffering from cervical spondylosis from past 3 years. I have consulted several doctors. Only relief i got is from Physiotherapy, but that to for certain period. Wasnt there a permanenent solution. I cannot concentrate on my day to day activities also.
