How Can Cervical Disc Disease Pain Be Relieved?

Hi, i have been diagnosed with having cervical disk disease. I am in constant pain numbness/ pins and needles running through my left arm fingers are also numb. Have had treatment from chiropactor at an expence, have received 1 treatment of physio via nhs having to wait three weeks for next appointment due to waiting list. I am a 42yr old female who is sad at having to explain to my 2yr old that i can not always pick her up. would appreciate suggestions for pain relief as lying on the floor is not always apprpriate. Any advise as to wether i could claim dla. regards mother in pain.
