How Can Calf Muscle Pus Pimples With Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I got three puss pimples on My right calf muscle. As they were hurting a lot I broke them. But since My leg muscle from knee down hurts still and a lot. I sometimes get fever at night. I have been taking antibiotic and applying some antibiotic creams, but no improvement.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having furuncles.
My treatment advice is –

1. Don’t squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
