How Can Back Pain Be Healed?
I have a pain on the right side of my middle back. I ve had for 3 days now. it doesn t hurt to breathe, but is painful inside when I stretch my shoulders. the pain goes from left to right across my back. I don t recall doing anything to injure myself. I do have a 16 months old granddaughter that I carry around at times, but I ve never had this pain before.

According to me this is muscle strain....u dont need to worry...just give some rest n heat fermentation will suffice
