How Can Anorgasmia Be Treated?

Hi. It s been a year since I ve had an orgasms, and I m only 18. I haven t had a sexual partner since before that, but I have been taking the Depo shot throughout this past year. What can I do to fix it? And is this something I should muster the courage to ask my nurse next time I see her?

Hi,

Lack of organisms may be due to regular, routine partner, lack of interest due to vaginismus or STDs or contraceptives that may lead to lack of orgasm. Most commonly anxiety.

Do yoga and meditation regularly, avoid spicy food and proceed food. Check for depo injection may causing your symptoms. If symptoms not improved please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
