I partially torn my frenulum about a month ago. I went to the hospital because of the excessive bleeding and they stopped it somehow and said it should fell perfectly. They told me to refrain from sexual activity for 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks to be safe, but it keeps tearing little by little every time i have sex. It doesn't bleed much, but there is pain. Is the any permanent solution to stop this!
