How can Squamuos cell carcinoma be cured ?

I am 64 yrs old women, recently i have been diagnosed as Squamuos cell carcinoma [Grade 3 and 4] of lower lobe of left lung please advise best treatment. Will surgery work??

2)Chemotherapy:Chemotherapy may be used alone, in conjunction with radiation therapy, or following surgery for lung cancer.
3)Radiation Therapy.
