is not a healthy thought you should be fit & healthy . since if you loose weight without healthy diet you may go weak & which will lead to some other complications.
Hence follow balanced diet which include small portions of carb & more serving of fruits & veges. go for 4-5 meals of 200 -250 kcal. avoid fats & simple carbs . this regime is good for weight loss as well it maintains ur health . follow simple exercise make them as your routine .
