How can I get rid of white dots on the foreskin ?
Hi i m an 18 year old male , thats never had sex. ( or sexual contact ) I have a cluster of white dots under the frenulum and a smaller group to the left side of my foreskin . They are only visable when erect or the skin is stretched back. They do not cause discomfort and do not discharge anything. There are just there ! What can i use to get rid of them? Can they spread? Thank you !

it could be caused by irritation from not using lubricants during masturbation. Or some allergic of Condoms.there is nothing need for treatment however some people choose to get them removed for cosmetic reasons. you stated you had not sex any time. it has nothig discomfort,pain and discharge
