I have psos and i was on birth control for quite a while and i stop last year in march.After wards my period stopped for about 2 months went to the doctor got a blood test and urine test no baby. Me and my fiance at the time told our doc we wanted a baby so she put me on metphormin so my period could start and it did but still no kid. The last period i had was last year on oct.31 my bday. I just had another period but it was much shorter than regular and no blood clots i took a test the day before my period it said no but before my period started i spotted pink that morning then nothing else till that night it was brown then next morning light period for 3 days. I been nauseated,cranky, bitchy, my mouth is watery i keep slobbing i never do that. I m married now and me and my husband want to know how can we conceive knowing that i have psos.

Hi Metformin is used for making the periods regular,to attain weight loss,reducing insulin resistance etc. Clomiphene citrate is used to induce ovulation in pcos. If you have undergone treatment with these then you can go for ovarian drilling procedure which helps in ovulation in some patients. For that you have to approach a gyanecologist who does laparoscopic ovarian drilling procedures, that in most infertility clinics will have.Hope this may help you. thanks
