How Can ADD Be Treated?

Hi my name is Jennifer Everton and I have really bad add and Iam supposed to be taking Vyvanse(Dexamethadrin) haven t been able to find a doctor to prescribe it until the last time I was on it which was 2011 but I really need it I can t focus and am worthless without it please help?

ADD in an adult is quite difficult to treat and you may require drugs as well as behavioural therapy for complete recovery. You can consult a psychiatrist and he will direct you accordingly.

Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help you to an extent.
