Hit On The Head, Pain In The Head On Bending Since. What Could Be Causing This?
i fell off my horse this week and hit my head pretty good. (i was wearing a helmet of course). besides from the other aches and pain from the impact, when i bend over or go to pick something up, i get an instant pain to my head. like a headache or migraine . was wondering if its just irritation from hit my head when i fell or something else. thank you!

Thank you for posting your query.
Based on your symptoms, they seem to be related to the fall from your horse.
It is possible that there is mild bleeding in the sinuses or a mild sinus infection, where pain or headache may occur on bending forwards.
However, there is very little chance that you have suffered any serious internal brain injury, based on your symptoms.
I expect you to get better in a few days. If symptoms persist or worsen, then, you may get a CT scan of brain and sinus done.
