General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Nose bleed after trauma suggests nasal fracture or a fracture of a bridging bone between brain and nose. Getting emotional is a frontal lobe disease sign which warrants urgent evaluation by a neurologist.
you require CT brain and emergency consultation. RUSH TO ER.
All the best.
