Hi i trully need help, Im 17 while playing with a friend i slipped and hit the back of my head hard. The day it happen i felt a lot of pain. Months later i started having very painful migranes so bad they would make me cry so i went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a sinus infection while on the medication i suffered little to no migranes that werent intense. Now off the medicene i have migranes worse than the ones before but now i also have dizziness and i have a surreal feeling most of the time and cant truly focus my eyes, should i seek further medical attention?

Hi
Since you have had a sinusitis and a migraine one thing to rule our from ocular side is the refractive headaches.
And migraine headaches needs a long term therapy to be off the symptoms.
With a previous history of injury , an eye examination to see the refractive status and opinion about your optic nerve, will help your eye doctor to decide whether to go for an imaging (CT scan/MRI) or continue the anti migraine treatment.
Check your blood pressure too.
Hope this helps. Take care.
