helo doc i had a missed abortion .my last period was 30 nov. i ve got done my first ultrasound on 5 feb. coz i got some blood spots. nw doc says dat fetus is dead wid no heart beat. i m mother of 7 years old baby boy. m 28 y old\ from d first day i was feeling slight pain in my lower abdomen .can u tell me d cause. is stress can be d major cause also

Thanks for the query.

Stress could be one of the causes. But mostly missed abortion is due to genetic abnormality. It is nature's way of discarding damaged fetus.
So do not worry.
Take preconceptional folic acid 3 months before conception.
Eat healthy and exercise moderately.
