Question: Hello Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

I contacted u yday. Today, I took a second opinion with my reports to obg/gyn.

She asked me when i had taken the fsh and amh test

Periods was on 9th XXXXXXX
FSH test on 2nd XXXXXXX
AMH test on 19th XXXXXXX

She asked me to continue taking ovigyn dsr for 2 months and then do a re test as she believes that the test result will change.

Amh and FSH to be conducted on day 3

She prescribed Duphaston to be taken from 15th day for regularizing my periods.

If this doesnt work, she suggested we can work on ivf or surrogacy..

What do u think is my success rate in natural conceiving ? Please advise

Brief Answer:
Brief - Take medicine as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is worth a try but frankly speaking chances of natural conception are not very good.
At age of 35 with such a low AMH will make spontaneous and natural conception difficult but taking medicine will increase the chances of success after IVF by improving number of eggs formed and quality of eggs too.
So in my opinion take it as advised and let's hope for the best.
I basically practice infertility so in case you have any problems in future I will glad to answer
