Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There is no medicine without a side effect
For that matter, there is nothing in the world! - If there is an effect, there may be a side effect.

Similarly, there is no best medicine.
Every individual is different - in genetic make up, habits and so on, deciding the outcome.

Rosuvastatin is one of the good medicines / statin class.
All statins can cause muscle pain or elevated liver enzymes in a few.

Unless you have a proven problem, alternatives drugs are out of consideration.
They too can have problems.
Not every one has / that too not every problem described.

Keep following up with your doctor.
He will guide according to the situation

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
