General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Abdominal cramps & heavy bleeding might be due to many conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, infections etc.

-if your are of reproductive age group I would advice you to plan for pregnancy again
- Hot compress in abdomen & back
-Keep bowels empty
- Avoid food containing caffeine, alcohol
-Encourage normal activities & YOGA
- Cap. Meftalspas 1-1-1 for cramps
- If not responding to the above line of treatment, underlying pathology if any should be rule out. So kindly do a USG pelvis
- consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
