My boyfriend has had hemorrhoids all his life but for the past few months he's been saying they're getting worse. The hurt, bleed through his boxers even when he hasn't messed with them. Today after he got out of the bath tub he had me look at his anus because he felt uncomfortable using a mirror to look his self. It appears to look like several bumps with white heads (like a zit) on and around his anus as well as on the insides of his cheeks. The problem is that they aren't pimples. Any idea on what it could be?
