Hello
Heaviness in the eye can be because of chronic inflammatory conditions and you have been given Ketomar which is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug and lubrex which is a artificial tear eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for evaluation and change of eye drops if required according to the severity of the condition.

Thank you
