Hello Deepak,
You might have Habit of Eating outside & Irregular meal. If Yes, You have to take regular meals at regular time, With less Spicy & sour food. Please Avoid Fast foods.
Your habit might have created this problem probably.
If No, Then You have good habit of reg.eating. But control spicy foods.
Its Nice to See your concern about Your health, You have already done ECG & ECHO ( which is normal)

Please take Antacids for 3-4 days.
If You have problem of constipation, Then take Tab.Bisacodyl once at night before sleep.
You have "Hyper acidity" symptoms.
One more cause of It , I am worry about is Gastric Ulcer.
So Consult Near by Gastro-enterologist, if not improvement.

Get Well.
