Heart Beating Fast, Tremors, Shortness Of Breath, Slow Heavy Breathing. Suggestions?
When I got up this morning my heart was beating really fast has bean for about 13 hours now. Was much faster and harder when I was at work. Now is down to about 120 bpm. My hole body has bean really shaky all day too. Kind of short of breath but not too bad while I am sitting. I am not breathing faster than normal just slow heavy breaths.

A heart rate of 120bpm at rest is abnormal. When your heart beats faster than normal you may feel palpitations and feel shaky.
I suggest you visit a doctor urgently to get your heart checked. It may be that you need treatment to slow it down.
