Headaches, Pain In The Forehead, Heaviness In Eyes, Nasal Congestion, Vertigo. Treatment?
Hi. For the past 3 days I have been having headaches . It s all in the forehead actually that I feel. My eyes also feel a little heavy and have been feeling tired. My nose is a little stuffy as well. I felt a little bit of vertigo but not really. I have been sleeping a lot and taking painkillers but headache is still there. What is wrong with me?
Dear Rcheung, hello.
Nasal congestion along with frontal headache (forehead area) along with heaviness in eyes are suggestive of sinusitis. Does your headache is least in the morning and increases as day passes by? Does your pain increses on bending your head down? If yes, they are furthur suggesting towards sinusitis.
Take antiallergy along with decongestant after consulting your doctor. Steam inhalation will help you in relieving your symptoms.
Also get you blood pressure checked and eye refraction done to rule out other causes.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
