Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
Your symptom of headache and nausea with dizziness does need evaluation by a doctor. The possibility is that of either inner ear problems or it may be related to migraine. Some more details about the headache, its duration, location etc will be needed before concluding anything. Since symptoms have been there for only 2 weeks so a scan (CT/ MRI) will be needed to rule out anything serious. After the diagnosis is made appropriate treatment for headache & giddiness can be started by neurologist.
Good luck.
