Headache, Tiredness, Dehydration. Cause?

My daughter ( 20 yrs. old and full time college student at Drexel) has been experiencing headaches, tired, and recently pass out. she was told she was dehydrated Her urine was checked and that's how they determined that. She has since been drinking more water but there are still days she doesn't feel well. I am going to have bloodwork done this weekend. Can dehydration be the cause or what else might it be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
She has to take more water and other liquids like energy drink, fruit juices, lemon water with sugar, salt and coconut water.
I think she becomes exhausted due to her study, work load.
Start b12,calcium,minerals and other vitamins supplement to boost up her general health.
You can also give any good protein powder with milk regularly.
Good,nutritious,balance diet is advisable.
Keep regular watch on her diet and general heath.
Give her good positive support to complete the study.
Keep in touch with your doctor for proper guidance and medical management.
