Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Your symptoms are related to anxiety. Anxiety disorders can manifest with not only psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, chest heaviness, headache, choking sensation, tremors (shakiness) etc.

Do not worry as effective treatment is available to treat you. For long term control of anxiety following measures are helpful: relaxation exercise, medicines like SSRIs and non drug treatment like CBT. It is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist and start treatment accordingly.

Apart from that get your self evaluated by general physician to find the cause of enlarge lymph nodes.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

A thing is mystery only till it is solved / simple when the source and solution are found
You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
You seem to be depressed - the first thing will be to seek psychological (Psychiatric) assessment and assistance.
Simultaneously start searching for clues - swelling neck node should be subjected to biopsy..
Chest pain and heart palpitation can be evaluated by a Cardiologist...

Ideal option and fast solution will be to get yourself admitted to a Multi Speciality Tertiary Care Hospital and get yourself investigated...a multi-disciplinary team will demystify ...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
