Headache, Dizziness, Nausea, Difficulty Moving Neck. Done CT Scan And Blood Work. Muscle Spasm?

my mother was having a hard time moving her neck last night, severe head ache, dizziness, nausua, she went to the er and they did a ct scan and blood work and told her it is a muscle spasm. I am having a hard time believing that because she was complaining that the pay was coming from inside her spine in her neck not her muscles. I know that meningitis has some of those symptoms but she did not have a fever. I am just worried they diagnosed her wrong

The symptoms that you have decsribed could be due to a muscle spasm in the area of the neck or a cervical spondylosis. Muscle relaxants and pain killers will help you. Avoid using a pillow till then.
