Sudden onset headache which is constant since last 3 months may occur due to a number of conditions. First possibility is to rule out hypertension. Hypertension is a common cause of headache. Other thing is to rule out problems of sinuses and eye. Get your ENT checkup done to rule out these problems.
Migraine is a unilateral headache which may progress to bilateral side. It is a throbbing type of headache and associated with nausea. Consult a Psychiatrist for expert evaluation of migraine headache and to rule out tension type of headache.
As you have also complaints of palpitations so evaluation to rule out depression and anxiety is also needed.
Please visit a Psychiatrist for evaluation.
Thanks
