Headache, Dizziness. Still Breastfeeding. Had Unsafe Intercourse. Had Pentogen Injection. Help?

Hi I had a baby 5 months ago and breastfeeding exclusively. My period hasn t returned and had intercourse (unprotected) on the 4th of this month. I started feeling period pains and on the 13th went to the GP and tested negative. My period hasn t returned as yet. I had a Petogen injection the same day. On the 17th i had another unprotected sex hence since yesterday i ve been nauseous, feeling abdominal pains as if the periods are coming but they are not, and light headaches and feeling a bit dizzy. Could i be pregnant again or is this the injections . Please advice since i m still breastfeeding. Worried

Thank you for your query.

Petogen can give rise to abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, faint feeling, breakthrough bleeding. You seem to be having most of them. Though inj. Petogen is a long acting contraceptive but it shall be advisable to use some barrier contraceptive to be on the safer side.
