As you have just started having sex, you might have done for a longer duration and it in uncomfortable positions or are too anxious after the sexual act.
I suggest you enjoy sex and take it gently for the first few times. It is a mutual exercise and there is much more to sex than physical sexual intercourse. You could start having a longer foreplay and also spend some more time with your partner after having sex and try to be as gentle as possible.
If you are throwing up, I suggest you have light foods before having sex and just allow yourself to relax physically and mentally after your session.
hope this helps.
