Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Please note that headache can be due to several causes like migraine, tension headache, cluster headache, brain tumor/infection, problem in blood vessels of brain, and headache due to raised pressure in the brain. Further, the presence of associated complaints like vomiting, visual symptoms, weakness of legs/hands etc.

The condition where there could be an association of obesity and headache is raised intracranial pressure, called as idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Other possibility is that both the conditions may coexist independently.

I advise you to undergo neurological evaluation which includes clinical, lab and if required scans of the brain and lumbar puncture. This will guide us treat you better
Hope this clarifies
