General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic.

You are describing symptoms of migraine attack or facial/trigeminal neuralgia. This is common cause of headache usually associated with nausea, tingling around the face, vision and hearing disorders. This is aggravated by noise and light and cold wheather. You should rest in dark, quiet room, take enough fluids, eat easier food and take some nonsteroid painkillers. If pain doesnt subside then some stronger medicines should be taken in consultation with your GP.

WIshing you good recovery.
