Head Feels Full And Off Balance With Slight Nausea. Medication Not Helping

My head feels full and I feel off balance, as if I just got off a roller coaster. I feel this all the time. Slight nausea at times accompanies this. I feel like I have a brain fog. This has gone on for a month. It is there constantly. Nothing makes it worse or better. I do not take any medication.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having headache with dizziness and nausea.
These symptoms are present in primary headaches like migraine.
Hence you require treatment by using anti migraine drugs and analgesics in the acute phase. To prevent recurrent attacks you need to take prophylactic drugs like flunarizine or beta blockers.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for conformation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
