Hi, Your lower belly has swollen, and your lower back has pain. Your stools is bloody, You are 10 days late for the period, you had tubectomy. It might be due to anemia, or infection, you can get urine tested for pregnancy, to exclude it. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine foods, to improve blood and general health. Thank you.
