Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

When child is hunger, there will be some type of pain in the stomach and it is known as hunger pangs and it is a normal thing.

But if the pain is significant causing disturbance to his routine activity, it may be due to gastritis.

Avoid junk, spicy, and fried foods.

Medication like lansoprazole relive this type of pain by decreasing the acid production in stomach.

Consult the pediatrician for examination and medication.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
