Having Small Hemorrhoids, Irritated Anus. Using Xylocaine Jelly. No Improvement. Solution?

I have irritating anal which i use xylocaine jelly but seem no result. Becoming very annoying and irritating. Been checked by specialist and he indicates its not serious matter but should return if becomes more severe. Bleeds on most occasion and wake me from my sleep. Specialist stated its not worms , fissure but only small hemorrhoids ...really annoying and irritating

Management of hemorrhoids includes conservative management and medical/surgical management.

Conservative management includes :-
1. Avoid constipation. Donot strain while defaecating. You can use stool softeners or laxatives.
2. Include fibre rich foods in your diet.
3. Drink plenty of pure water daily.
4. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
5. Seitz bath may be helpful.

Medical methods include use of calcium dobesilate along with xylocaine gelly for local application.
Surgical procedures include banding and hemorrhoidectomy.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined by a surgeon.
