Having Rib Pain, Gastritis And Lost Weight. Taking Omeprazole. What Could This Be?

I have been having right rib pain radiating to the back off and on now for almost two months. I was already on omeprazole before this for gerd. All tests have came back neg. my ejection fraction was 97% . I have constant diarrhea and nothing helps. I was finally told I had gastritis ( barium X-ray ) showed this. Still feeling no better. Have dropped weight and just don't feel like myself. And to top it off felt as though I had a UTI . Left urine with doctor, called today said it was normal. What could all this be??

DEAR SIR/MADAM

TAKING TABLET OMEPRAZOLE FOR A LONG TIME CAUSES DIARRHOEA AND MALABSORPTION SYNDROMES. SINCE ALL OTHER PARAMETERS ARE NORMAL,
I SUGGEST YOU TO CONSULT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST TO EVALUATE FOR MALABSORPTION SYNDROMES
VERY RARELY SOME MALIGNANCIES MIGHT BE POSSIBLE IN THIS PATIENT.
