Having Painful Intercourse. Suffer Pain In Groin, Rectum And Bladder. Removed Left Ovary. Help?

I have been having painful intercourse for about 2 years, pain in my groin, pain down my left leg, rectum and bladder when emptying. My doctor removed my uterus 8 months ago to elevate the pain with no avail. 2 months ago he removed the left ovary and still no relief. I just met with him today to see if my urethral sling i had put in 4 years ago could be causing the symptoms. He said no and taking it out is not an option. They can not be taken out. Just don't know where to turn or where to find help. Suggestions?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The painful intercourse that you are having could be due to an infection in the pelvic cavity. This can be diagnosed by an ultrasound scan of the pelvis. The urethral sling can also cause the pain.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
