Having Nausea And Dizziness After A Head Injury
hi there my best friend got knocked over by a car the other day and hit her head she has bruising round her eye where she hit her head, and has felt dizzy and nauseous ever since, she was taken to the doctor straight after (it was outside the docotrs surgery ) and they said she was ok but im still a little worried

If she still has the symptoms , she should get it reevaluated.As head injury with symptoms should not be neglected.
