Hell shaily ,your having breathing problems and diagnosed to be having deviated nasal septum commonly called as don't have any additional problem of DNS,and your on homeopathic treatment for your DNS.Dear shaily, your breathing problems is due to DNS,as deviated nasal septum obstructs the air flow through your nose,it is a mechanical defect and cannot be treated either by homeopathic medicine or allopathic medicine, since it is a mechanical defect it has to be corrected surgically.Medicine will only manage the complication as and when arise due to infection or rhinitis (common cold)and that too allopathic my opinion homeopathic medicine has no role in correcting mechanical defect.consult some ENT surgeon and get your DNS is not a major surgery.and can be done under local anaesthesia
