Having Lower Back Pain, Brownish Spot Appeared On Lower Spine. Painful To Touch. Looking For Treatment

Last week I had bad lower back pain after being in tears my husband looked at my back and said I have what appears to be a bruise like brownish spot on lower spine thats about 3 inches in size and has like octopus arms of same color coming off of it some almost an inch in lenghth. I have had no injury or fall it just happened very suddenly and is still there and very painful.
