Having Irregular Periods. Colonoscopy Said Abnormal Blood Cells. Why Do I Get Dizzy And Sick?

hi, i have been having irregular periods ever since i started. I have had a colcoscopy when i was 16 and the result was i had abnormal blood cells . I v had a ultra sound and it came back i had an inverted uterus . I have been TTC for about two years now with my partner, i have experienced a miscarriage last year. My last period was, the 5th of April till 8th of April. For the past two weeks i have noticed my boobs and hips have become atleast a cup size bigger and my hips are deffo bigger, weird thing is i have deffo ate less recently then ever. my partner relised first but didnt want to mention as he thought it would upet me. and this week has been hell !! ive had abdominal cramps terrible, though they have eased now. brown discharge once or twice a day, only when i go for a pee, lasted three days, the absolute most tiniest amount aswell. Monday i walked about four miles into town and within an hour my foot began to cramp, i thought nothing of it but then it was so bad i could hardly walk, i did my shopping sat down at the bus stop and i just felt awful i went all dizzy and hot, then so nauseous there were so many people at the bus stop i had to try and not be sick. that night my legs were just cramping non stop and my feet then i had belly pains. i was in so much pain i just cried and cried. i took 2 iburofen and went sleep. next day felt fine, few cramps but not as bad as before. as i got out the bath the dizzy sickness came back felt terrible, cried and cried again. last night at 4am i was sick. just once and felt absolutely fine after. i ve been absolutely fine today though :\ i really want to be regnant is there any possibility i could be ??

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

I will address your problem one by one.
If you want to know whether you are pregnant or not then you need to take up the pregnancy test. However, the first symptom of pregnancy is absence of menstruation (amenorrhoea). But you have not mentioned that anywhere.
The symptoms of fullness i.e. fullness of breasts occurs under the influenze of pregesterone in second half of the menstrual cycle.
As you have mentioned that you have irregular periods and abdominal pain, then you should visit a gynaecologist for complete check up and relevant investigations. An endometrial biopsy or curetting may be required.
The pain that you experienced after walk for long distance could be due to exertion.
If you feel tired and dizzy, it could be due to anemia. You can get a complete hemogram. This will tell about the hemoglobin levels and other parameters.

I hope my answer is of help to you.
Thanks and take care.
