Having Headaches At The Back. Stress? Head Injury?

Hello Dr, i am having headache at back of my head for the last 10 days. earlier it was intermittent. sometimes it is severe i cannot even shake my head. the pain lasts for 30 minutes to one hour. I am undergoing some stressful pace at work as well personal life. Can this be due to stress ? I dont have any history of head injury , but i have sinus problem which usualy happens once in fortnight. my forehead pains due to this. Whenever i listen to loud noise or some vibrations i feel the pain in the head. i dont have bodypain. but few days back when i had headache, my leftshoulder pained along with few fingers. felt like an electrci current passed through the fingers. I felt it for few seconds, then i was fine. Please advise.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
The electric shock like pain that you felt in the arms and fingers is suggestive of nerves getting compressed in the neck region. Same thing can cause headache in a few patients. You need to get evaluated by a neurologist who will then guide you and tell you whether MRI scan of the spine is required now. Stress may be contributing to the increase in pain.
good luck.
